Why did you start teaching fitness?
It changed my life and I want to pay it forward by moving, touching, and inspiring others.
What is your favorite workout to do on your own time and why?
Boxing, HIIT, and weightlifting because they provide a great balance of building strength as well as cardiovascular conditioning.
What are the essential items you keep in your gym bag?
Deodorant, cologne, towel, wraps, gloves, pre-workout, protein, and a change of clothes so I am always prepared!
What is your favorite piece of workout clothing?
I love the 5-inch quick dry shorts, especially the ones from lululemon.
What is your favorite healthy snack?
Yogurt mixed with protein powder, berries and honey.
What is your favorite place to go on a run or walk?
I love going to a big park with a flat trail.
What do you like to do in your spare time for fun?
Play Pokemon GO or pickleball!
Who are some of your biggest inspirations?
UFC Fighter Israel Ardensenya and Kobe Bryant.
If you weren’t a fitness professional, what would your dream job be?
I would be a Formula 1 racecar driver.
